「Beautiful hotel with great service from staff. 」

「Ortiseiにて3泊したうちの最初の１泊で利用させていただきました。残念ながら３泊連続で予約が取れなかったため、残り２泊は別の宿に泊まりましたが、こちらのホテルのほうが格段に良かったです。 コンフォートダブルを予約していましたが、アップグレードしていただけました。バスルームは新しくとてもきれい使いやすかったです。バルコニーから景色も見ることができました。ホテルには日本人男性の方がいらっしゃり、ホテルの設備などについてご説明いただけました。」

「Beautiful little boutique hotel just steps away from Main Street in Ortisei one of the most beautiful towns in the world. Hotel was elegant yet comfortable, staff super friendly and helpful. Bartender Nicola was always there on arrival in the afternoons with a smile and a fresh Hugu Spritz, which we took to the awesome pool. Restaurant serves great breakfast with fresh baked goods as well as lunch or dinner available if you stay in and the food and wine selection is excellent. 」
