「The room was large and clean, with excellent bed linen and pillows. Upon request a coffee machine (using ese pods) was brought to the room, free of charge. The spa facilities are extensive, very well maintained and clean. The 20m outdoor lap pool is amazing, and a good temperature to actually do some proper swimming. Dinner was consistently excellent, as was the service. The only negative I can think of is that smoking is allowed anywhere on the terrace - I realise this is still (unfortunately)...

「Amazing stay with absolutely delicious food, everything was fresh and beautifully prepared. The hospitality was outstanding and the staff made me feel truly welcome from the very beginning. They go above and beyond for their guests, and I would definitely come back again.」

「Awesome stay, hotel chef was amazing! Great bartenders great servers all around awesome」

「Meget høj value for money!」

「Room was very clean but small and limited storage space 」

「Wirklich ein sehr tolles Apartment, Top Lage, sehr Modern. Würden jederzeit wieder kommen.」

「Erittäin ystävällinen henkilökunta. Rauhallinen ja tilava huone. Hyvä suksihuone ja mononkuivaimet. Bussipysäkki molempiin suuntiin laakso aivan hotellin lähellä.」

「Jättebra personalen Hjälpsamma」

「Dit was onze tweede keer in dit hotel. En het blijft een vaste waarde. Alles was prima. Wij zullen zeker terug komen.」

「The best customer service we had in Austria. Starting from check in and check out everyone was pleasant! Rooms were comfortable and clean. Anything we asked for they were all very accommodating. From reception, to massage, to the waitress and waiter.. everyone was amazing. Really made up for a horrible service from Vienna and Salzburg. We wish we had more time to stay at this resort. One bad thing I can say is that if you wake up before breakfast starts no one will help you in the dining room...
