「Excelente lugar en todo 」

「The most magical place I've been to! The hotel is an old estate and they have redone it beautifully. The staff was first class, the food delicious and there were so many activities to sign up for! Spa was impressive with the hydrotherapy, cold plunge and different saunas! We will definitely go back!!」

「We enjoyed this hotel. We had a lovely room with a terrace overlooking the Douro River. Dinner in the luxury dining room was excellent but expensive. Bar food was good and reasonably priced. The pool was nice. We enjoyed the town with winery visits and boat trips. I read some of the comments about five star hotel in previous reviews while the hotel itself may not be a five-star the staff and the service is easily five-star… I laugh at some of the comments…. if you want little slippers and matching housecoat, look like a prince and princess, then go to Palace… the meals were suburban with the first class chef from Brazil… when I came to the restaurant bar you couldn’t want more for service and quality…. awesome place for...
