「Great place everytime I visit」

「Good location. However when we arrived we were not given the type of room we'd reserved, 3 months ahead of time. The staff did not really care about what we'd booked on expedia after I showed the confirmation, they said it wasn't binding to them. The hotel was full so no other room was available. The room was fine, had a lovely view but we'd booked two beds so they had to bring up a single bed which obviously used up a lot of space. This distracted from our experience of expecting better...

「Myself and my partner were really impressed by the beautiful decor at Lanelay Hall the hotel and our room was very spacious - the biggest room I’ve ever had whilst staying at a hotel. The happy birthday treats and petals were a really kind lovely touch too. The location was disappointing as we pulled up to the hotel gates in a housing estate (our expectation was a countryside hotel). Also one of the skylight blinds was broken in our room and left a gaping hole of bright light into the room which...

「We had a wonderful stay. The rooms were spacious, comfortable, and exceptionally well maintained. The restaurant was excellent, with delicious food and a great atmosphere. What really stood out was the staff—everyone we met was friendly, helpful, and kind throughout our stay. Their warm hospitality made us feel very welcome and added to an already enjoyable experience. We would happily stay here again and highly recommend it to others.」
