「Chambre familiale réservée au dernier moment et un accueil excellent à notre arrivée par Assem. Tout le personnel est souriant et accueillant. Les animateurs sont top pour mettre l'ambiance. L'hôtel est très propre et luxueux. La nourriture est très variée et exquise. La plage est magnifique. À quelques dizaines de mètres du bord de plage se trouve une barrière de corail où l'on peut voir d'innombrables poissons en snorkeling. Nous reviendrons avec plaisir pour nos prochaines vacances 」

「ハルガダに行く東洋系の人は少なく、ヨーロピアンのリゾート地です。海はとても綺麗で、窓から見える景色も心を和ませる、美しいリゾートホテルです。 価格以上のレベルにあるホテルではないでしょうか。施設も整っています。 エジプトの方々に日本人的な「サービス」を求めるのは、難しいと感じていたのですが、このホテルの方はそれなりに対応が良かったです。 唯一の欠点は、近くにショッピングセンターなど買い物をする場所のないこと。近くのモールまではタクシーで10～20エジプトポンド（交渉）です。ダウンタウンまでは、ものすごく遠く、大げさに言うと「隔絶されたリゾート」っぽい感じです。 でも、のんびり過ごすにはお勧めのホテルです。」
