"Hotel was generally positive. Service wasn't as enthusiastic as I was used to in other hotels in Vietnam. Staff seem confused that I wasn't in a suit or business casual, but had the indecency to check in wearing a tshirt and khakis, regardless of being on the other side of planet from my passport issuer. "Really beautiful hotel, rooms are quiet with lovely views and it’s a real escape from the hustle and bustle of HCMC. The breakfast, pool, rooftop bar and spa all 10/10. Our only complaint would be that we couldn’t use the milk frother in the room without having to pay for fresh milk which felt a bit odd. Saigon-opoly in our room was a nice touch!"
