We had an electrical problem in our bathroom on Saturday and the electrical engineer, David Lociseron, left us the kindest note wishing us a happy anniversary. It’s that personal touch that really impressed me. I will definitely return to the property. 」

「Bad: Minor stuff that was easily addressed by a call to the front desk. In our room phones didn’t work via handsets and maid service plugged the bedside lamps into the non-switched outlet. Great: Everything else was excellent! The entire staff was superb.
