「Stay away.
The hotel’s public areas, beach and pools are nice, but the rooms and service are nowhere near 5-star standard. In many places this would be a 3-star, or a weak 4-star at best; helped only by location and beach facilities. For the price, especially compared with other much nicer properties we stayed at in Montenegro, it was very poor in quality.
Upon arrival, security in the garage were very blunt demanding parking payment; though it's listed as €15/day, we paid €20/day. To reach...

「Hotel uses historic building and very good atmosphere but I must say service level is not at professional level. I asked to bring towels to my room but it took two hours after I called twice. There is very limited items in the room and I had to ask for glasses to drink wine. There is swimming area just in front of the hotel but drains from somewhere (maybe from the hotel) make the whole area stink….」

「This hotel is like no other. Breathtaking sea views. Apartments are spacious with a kitchen. They are cleaned daily to a very high standard. Breakfast & dinner has lots of choices of food to suit everyone’s taste. The grounds are vast with gorgeous plants and trees. Staff are kind and extremely helpful.」

「The property was ok … The issue was the bathroom smells at night time and the Ac does not work properly.
Also eating the same exact thing for breakfast every single day just gets to you.
Please also note that if you book with Expedia, there’s some kind of hotel change that is not mentioned so be prepared for that.」

「Incredible hotel totally lived up to expectations. Very clean, great food, helpful staff, amazing spa and pool and the gym was top notch
Only slight downside was the closure of some areas as it was out of season but staff apologised and gave a personal approach.
