"Clean room"

"Everything was wonderful "

"Very unhappy with our recent trip to LV. Reservation made months in advance for 2 rooms at Paris. Upon check in at Paris we were placed in rooms at the Horseshoe. We requested our 2 rooms be on the same floor - nope. Rooms were up separate elevators - far apart. Cleanliness was sub-standard. Bodywash was empty in the shower for 4 days, bathroom floor was caked with dust in corners. We were in a room directly above loud food court/night club area that was booming loud music until 3:00-4:00am. If we were going to be located in rooms at a different hotel, why weren't we notified and directed to the check-in of the different hotel? We went to the Monte Cristo cigar bar one evening. Two cigar smokers and 3 others ordered drinks. One glass of wine showed up quickly - the rest of the drinks took 40 minutes. One of the drinks was a bourbon on the rocks - pretty quick to prepare. We were very unhappy with the delay - the waitress was very apologetic - which was nice. In the end, we were not charged for our drinks, so that was OK - but it was crazy! We will return to LV again, but we will never stay at Paris or Horseshoe. Be aware that Paris will switch hotels on you without consent."

"The checking process was long. There were only 2 agents attempting to process a long line of guests at a prime hour. Very poor planning. The self check in kiosks were of limited use as you must physically have the card used to pay for the reservation. It took in excess of 90 mins to check in. "

"I was very disappointed with my stay. The room lacked basic necessities and the overall experience did not meet expectations at all. Housekeeping was either nonexistent or extremely limited during my stay. We were constantly short on towels, there was no water provided in the room, and even basic coffee supplies were missing. For the price paid, I expected much better service, cleanliness, and attention to guest comfort. Unfortunately, this was not a pleasant hotel experience."
