There was only a few things I didn’t care was 1 you couldn’t have a microwave in the room they said it was a fire hazard which I could understand. 2 the shower head in our hotel was jank. 3 the restaurant in the hotel were super expensive. Other then that we enjoyed our stay. "

"Great ambience, friendly staff, clean casino and rooms. Pool area and staff were great. Self check in kiosk said my room wasn’t ready despite being 730pm so had to stand in line for 40 min since there was only about 5 staff members checking in and handing complaints. The staff however all handled themselves excellently as we watched the show. On check out there was a sign to say check in & check out with the same huge line. "Very well organized, fantastic pool areas, lobby that rivals Bellagio despite being family oriented. "

"Hotel was conveniently located. I appreciated the AI concierge, Ava. We used it to recommend some activities and it was very helpful! We needed extra towels and got some very quickly. There was a large soaking tub in our room which was nice! The only downside to our stay is we were directly under the service elevator and it would move very early in the morning and was very loud. I am not sure how to ensure your room is not under the service elevator, but wish I did."
