"Lovely hotel. "

"We got an early check in which was fantastic for us. Check in staff very friendly and also the egg station chef was friendly. The room was clean and adequate. The Hotel itself was also clean and in a great location for visiting the new town and old town. Only 1 thing Negative to mention that didn't personally effect us as we were up early and ready to go for Breakfast. Currently there is some kind of building work or maintenance going on. They started what sounded like a pavement cutter at around 6:30AM. I'm sure they just did it for a laugh between themselves. Anyhow like I say it didn't effect us as we were ready and getting dressed and packing. Just be aware of this if your booking"

"We asked to be transferred to an accessible room because there was not a walk-in shower and the bathtub was quite high. The hotel agreed to move us. However, to get to the accessible room we had to go down one set of steps and up two more sets of steps. The room was cold and we asked for maintenance to check the temperature. A young lady came to the room and didn’t do anything different than what we did. She went and brought back a portable heater that didn’t help very much. The hotel was a disappointment and I would not recommend."
