Hotel has huge windows with amazing views but in June (summer) the hotel becomes a furnace. The room and public areas were just too hot for our comfort. There are no airconditioned rooms or areas in the hotel and we could not excape the heat other than go back in our car and drive around. "Absolutely love this place! They have better wifi than most hotels in the area, stunning view, and jacuzzi tubs overlooking the lake. I loved it so much I had booked another place but came back here instead. I found it tranquil and peaceful and the staff went above and beyond. I’ll definitely stay again! "

The room was basic and bathroom (tiny sized) had taps either leaking or falling of. Parking is not enforced so vehicles were parked irregularly making it difficult to park our own — I took a photo & asked reception to get the truck moved but she did nothing. "Great hotel with view and excellent breakfast. Facilities like the pool could not be used as the pool was dirty. There is a sauna that is good. The beds were comfortable howevr shower area needs maintenance and so does some of the woodwork around thewindows.staff were attentive and helpful. Very close by car to the town of Villa Angostura "

"The rates on website was higher than asked to be paid on the desk. The staff cannot speak english so if you cannot speak spanish dont even try Wifi dose not reach the rooms and most communal zones. Breakfast is very pour and if you wont be there very early you wont find clean table, plates, or some food would run out of stock. Overall, the place is not bad to saty, the rooms and the pools are good but for this prices you can get better options around."
