「Check in was slow. The people in front of me seemed to have big problems. A guy kept coming out from the back and talking to the front desk staff and preventing them from moving the people through. When I got to the counter, my check in took about 2 minutes. They probably need a separate line for normal people. After we got the room, everything went very well. The room was awesome.
