「I made a reservation through Expedia, but when I went to the hotel before check-in to leave my luggage, I was told that there was no reservation under my name. I had certainly completed the booking and had the receipt, yet they insisted there was no reservation at all. Even though the reservation was under my name, they wasted a lot of time speculating it might be under my husband’s or children’s names, which was impossible.

「It's a very nice stay where it's near to all the amenities. The property is new, clean and the host communication was very clear. I like that they have a karaoke set and mahjong set ready for my family entertainment.」

「Convenient place to stay. We enjoyed the history of the property.」

「Missing a lot of extras that would make this place a 5 star. The communication leading up to check in was non existent and thankfully I had family who lived locally who were able to sort this out. Would I stay here again? No probably not. 」

「Quiet place to stay in Melaka」

「It took tooling to check in and out though there were only 1 and 2 customers queued. Staffs worked very slow.」

「I had a wonderful experience at this accommodation. The property was impeccably clean, and the owner was incredibly helpful and responsive with their communication. The location was also a great bonus. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to others!」
