「The hotel was excellent for a family holiday. Wonderful food and facilities. Modern, clean and friendly. The walk to the centre of town was short and there was a shop very local for any bits extra you need. An absolutely fabulous place to stay. Highly recommended.」

「The hotel was really good with 2 pools and the all inclusive. Just for the buffet it was very similar each day, so not much choices. But really good when you are going with friends.」

「The hotel is set at the back of Puerto de la Cruz, but has good views across the town. There is parking, and at the time of writing, the cost was €10 per night. Although parts of the hotel are a little dated, it is clean, and well run. Staff were very friendly. We had the all inclusive. The food was a good variety of Spanish and International cuisine, and there was plenty of choices. 「Der Transport vom Flughafen zum Hotel Tigaiga war sehr schlecht. Wir wurden am Tigaiga Suite abgesetzt (ein Kilometer vom Hotel Tigaiga entfernt und bergauf mit schweren Koffern. Zurück dasselbe. Reklamation beim Transportunternehmen Fehlanzeige.」
