「2011年夏に滞在して、今回の2013年の年始で２度目の滞在です。前回に比べて、サービスの質が低下したように感じました。マネージャーの交代＆大量リストラなどがあったのでしょうか？レストランでは人手が足りていないように感じました。（気が利かない人が多いようにも感じました。）宿泊１ヶ月前に「サファリドライバーを前回と同じジョセフでお願いします」とリクエストしておき、返事も頂いてましたが宿泊当日にはそれが全く通じていなく、残念に思いました。やはり、冬場よりも夏場の方が多くの動物を見ることができます。滞在を検討されている方には７月＆８月の滞在をお薦めします。」

「キャンプなので、部屋のセキュリティ等は悪ですが、テントの中はとても綺麗で快適でした。サファリはいいガイドさん(ラファエル)に出会い、ライオンやチーターなど見たい動物は全部見ることができました。あと、毎晩バーでマサイ族のおじさんが動物の勉強会みたいなことをやってくれて、それもすごくいいです。 多分もっと綺麗で星の高いホテルは他にあると思いますが、お手頃でサファリが充実してる感じでした。」

「This place is awesome! The tented structure was awesome and the bathrooms attached to each structure were modern and clean. After just a few short hours of being there, the Maasai guards knew who we were and where our tent was. 「マラ川に沿って建っていて一日中野性のカバが見られるので決めました。 夜もカバが聞いたことの無い声で鳴いていて笑えました。 食事は3回ともコースで沢山出ました。 スタッフもとても親切で楽しく過ごせました。 ただ、野性動物優先で大切にしているので良いのですが、カバが敷地に入ってこないように電線が張り巡らされていて、夜もカバを見られるようにライトアップがあります。 自家発電なので人に回る？電気が少なく１日のうち4時間半しか電気がつかなかったのは不便でした。 ネットは全く使えなかったので知り合いが生きてるの？って国際電話をかけてきました。 せめて夕方から夜には電気が欲しいです。」
