「Service was perfect and comfotable.」

「They may not have enough staff at the reception. They responce time is slow from Japanese point of view, but it is fair enough. Breakfast time is starting slow.」

「We were checked-in 1 hr earlier - thanks. Requested for additional toilet rolls, which were delivered next day. There were no hand towels, which were also delivered the next day. Tried the massage facility, but the extension number published was wrong, and nobody picked up for couple of hours. Reception then provided the correct extension. Nobody at the health centre could provide the pricing. Finally the manager rang back after 3 hours to arrange for an appointment. They did give a small...
