「The room had two relatively minor issues:
1. The toilet flush was terrible. Difficult to flush. Impossible with long flush, hit and miss with short flush.
2. The toilet roll holder was in need of securing. Toilet rolls inevitably fell to the floor when used.
As I said these issues were relatively minor but were an ongoing irritant.」

「Nice and pretty room. The breakfast was also good. The only thing not so good was the shower. The water was not strong enough and badly drained. Otherwise, everything was very good.」

駐車場が埋まっていたが、スタッフの対応が良かった
チェックイン時にもらえる牛乳が美味しい。
早朝出発だったため、朝食を食べられなかったが、夕食に切り替え可能だった（実際には使用せず）

トイレとバスが別部屋。
エアコンがない。
バリアフリーではない（大型スーツケース持ちだと大変）」

「Our fourth stay at the Metropole in recent years.A privilege to stay in such a unique historic building,with yes a little patina around the edges.If you dont embrace the nostalgia then budget chain's are available.The staff here are so good,as is the breakfast and the pool and spa facility.A great location for roadtrips around mid Wales,and a huge car park.」

「Beautiful place overlooking the bay. Welcoming staff, lovely food. Perfect for chilling out on the veranda with a glass of something cold watching the sun go down. Breakfast was delicious too」

「A little bit tired: for example a very worn, saggy mattress on the bed and a shower that was adequate but no more. The staff were friendly but the hotel itself needs a refurb.」
