"The hotel was hard for me( Japanese ) to find, the building was next to the sta. the entrance was hard for me o find, a local lady told me the entrance. The hotel is so good for very quiet to sleep, the room is wide, bright , locates next to the train sta. The first request to me was to pay deposite money of 100eur, it's ok, but at the morning of check-out , though my train ticket to Lyon of France is ,7:05 am , the staff couldn't pay me back the 100eur soon, I said to him, please hurry , i can't take the trai, be hurry, but he couldn't , another young lady staff came and she payed me back the 100eur soon. I was about to miss the train which i bought ahead in Japan by net. it was very scary happening to me. Only this was very inconvienient happening. Anyway , thank you. "

"It was absolutely comfortable staying for me in Collioure. All staffs are kind and friendly. The hotel (room) is cosy, especially balcony. I enjoyed quiet morning with chirping. The breakfast also made me satisfied. Thanks. "

"The location of the parking garage was confusing, and we initially parked at a nearby hotel’s parking lot by mistake. We had to go to the reception first to get proper directions. The room temperature couldn’t be adjusted and was stuck at 28°C, making it very hot. Opening the window wasn’t a good solution either, as there was loud drumming outside and construction started early in the morning right outside the window with scaffolding. The bathroom had stains from someone dyeing their hair, and when we tried to use the toaster, it caused a power outage in the room. Although the staff at reception were friendly, there were just too many problems overall."
