"The first thing I noticed in the room was there was no water and when asked was told to drink faucet water, unbelievable! "

"The breakfast buffet had lots of options - I especially enjoyed the fresh fruit, bacon and eggs. The room was spotless and the shower was incredible after a long day - the pressure felt like a massage. The hotel lobby is beautiful and features wood and wood carvings from the local area. The onsen was also a wonderful treat at the end of the day, although, sadly, the outside area was closed during our stay. "
