「The property was stunning with so many flowers and flowering trees and shrubs. The views of the ocean and mountains were breathtaking. The buildings were of solid construction and will last forever. The inside of the condo was very nicely furnished, and we felt right at home immediately. The couches and chairs were quite comfortable! However, the air conditioning unit failed in the living room our first day there. The staff was very responsive and provided us with a temporary replacement...

「3月初めに6泊利用しました。部屋は広く、景色も良かった。キッチンも使いやすくで良かった。ただ、部屋の掃除、特に、風呂や洗面所の排水口の掃除が全くされていなかった。シャワーを浴びるとほとんど排水せず、足元に水が溜まってしまうので、排水口を確認したところ、大量の髪の毛が固まって詰まっていて、水が流れない状態だった。仕方なく、指を突っ込んで取り除いたところ、スムーズに流れるようになった。洗面所も水の排水が悪かったが、使う度にシンクに溜まった水を数分かけて流すようにして凌いだ。おそらくこちらも何らかのゴミが溜まっているのだと思われる。 ベランダでは、夜になると驚くほど綺麗な星空を眺めて癒されていたのだが、隅の隙間にゴキブリの巣があるようで、毎晩出入りしているのが認められた。滞在中に3匹退治して放置したところ、翌朝には鳥が餌として片付けてくれた。 排水口、ゴキブリ、いずれも清掃を徹底して、宿泊者に不快な思いをさせないようにして欲しい。」

「Really cute & clean studio condo w a deck viewing the pool & the ocean. We loved our stay here, we had everything we needed including boogie boards & chairs for the beach. Nice soaps & shampoos as well. We had a great stay - we will definitely use KBM Resorts again!」

「Hale Napili is in an excellent location. Sad that the beach is eroding. It’s a very nice older complex. Nice small grass area in front. Often hard to sit on lawn area because people come out and put towels on chairs and leave. Nice to have a complimentary laundry room.」

「The actual condo accommodation was a 10/10. Dealing with KBM management company was less than ideal and detracted from the experience. KBM sent innumerable emails and texts including a strict 11 AM check out which felt more like a "get out." The charged an additional $300/day "registration fee" that was never disclosed. After a number of phone calls and talking with the Montage front desk, this was removed. We asked for service on the TV in the main room that was never addressed. The...
