"The hotel was nice for us as a family. The hotel itself is ok not amazing but it had a nice pool (NOT the 8 pools advertised on expedia) but we could see from pics this seemed unlikely. The view from our room was really poor of other hotels or a derelict housing area which as on a massive hill is a shame. Staff lovely as per normal. The rooms were a little old but ok. "Very friendly staff who helped us with all our transport needs. The room was spacious and kept clean. Breaakfast was either buffet or served at table depending on how many people were staying at the hotel. There was a nice pool. The hotèl is up a steep hill but we knew about this, so didn't find it a problem, but you can always get a tuk tuk. Ideal for access to the lake and centre of town."
