「The room was spotless and a lot of thought in the details. The staff could not have been more friendly and helpful. We were the only guests for dinner but didn't feel awkward as the staff including the chef were chatting with us. The place was full of character whilst giving attention to comfort. We absolutely loved it.」

My room was external to the pub but it was lovely and warm (despite freezing temperatures outside) it was nice and spacious and had lovely facilities, nice bathroom and very clean. The walk from village to beach and the surrounding little narrow lanes are great if a tad challenging and I would recomend a stay here. 」

「Clean room and very well appointed. The staff could not do enough for you. They let me check in early and even brought dinner to my room when I requested it. Dog friendly. Parking available right outside. The food is lovely too. 」

「What an absolute treat The Red Lion is. I went of pervious reviews and it didn’t disappoint. In fact it exceeded my expectations, what a gem of a place. The Staff were simple amazing, David and Jasmine were fantastic and always on hand of we needed anything. The rooms are so comfortable and modern, the Breakfast was fabulous and the food in the pub was outstanding. My only problem is that I won't have the homemade biscuits that were in the room, tonight with my cuppa tea when i am at home.」
