"Great hotel, stayed in a happy magic room, it was magical. However make sure your a Hilton honours member first, otherwise they make you go to a different breakfast restaurant and wait in a long line, I didn’t have my husband with me going down one morning and I waited in line with a baby and kid for 20 minutes then left when my husband came down late and was already seated in the other restaurant, because he is a Hilton honours member. They’re kind of rude like that. Otherwise great stay. "

My wife has been to Japan 2-3 times a year, for the last 35 years. What really stood out for her was the level of service here. The staff is truly remarkable. I have never experienced the efficiency and moreover the courtesy that we received from Shiba Park Hotel in all of my years of travel. We will be booking here on any future travel to Tokyo.
