"I had a great experience here. Only issue is housekeeping repeatedly knocked at my door a couple minutes into check out. We were literally walking out the door. Also, it’s very dark in the parking lot and on the property at night. "

"The O'Hare Airport Hilton is way overpriced. Since it is the only hotel in the airport, they have a monopoly. It is quiet and you can walk through the lower level to terminals 1,2 &3. A train takes you to and from terminal 5. Guests are stuck paying the high price for convenience."

"The Renaissance in Chicago O'Hare was a pleasant surprise. At first I thought I made a mistake not staying on the busy streets, but the moment I walked in I knew this was the right place. The staff was efficient and wonderful, so helpful and friendly. The room was exquisite and clean, well lit and had all amenities. The parking garage was easy to enter and ample parking available.
