「It is a lovely refined property , with attentive helpful staff. We arrived an hour before Check-in, waited 30 minutes for our room to be ready, then checked in. We were surprised with an early checkin fee as we checked out. I don't like surprise fees this should have been explained up front 」

「Peter was the absolute best! After a nightmare of a flight that went from a 1 hour layover to 9 hours, we arrived late to The Oyster Inn. Peter was so kind. He saved us some food from dinner, that ended at 8 (we got there at 9). It was excellent! I also received the largest pour of white wine I have ever received. Slept incredibly well. Turned out entire vacation around! Thank you Peter, and your wonderful kitchen staff!!」

「The hotel is convenient to the Craignure ferry. It was very nice, updated, quiet and very clean. Staff were lovely. We had reserved a room with 2 town beds. When we arrived it was a single king. The front desk person was very accommodating and had housekeeping change the bed over to 2 twins while we were having dinner. We had a small view of the water with Lismore lighthouse in the distance. 」

「Par où commencer ? L’accueil chaleureux et attentifs de nos hôtes ? Le repas copieux, délicieux et servi avec beaucoup d’attention ? La finesse et le confort de la chambre ? Ce fut notre halte préférée. Après une route fatigante de nuit, nous avons trouvé chaleur et bonne humeur chez nos hôtes. Le repas était extrêmement bon, et la chambre très confortable, pleine de bonnes attentions! La vue le matin est fantastique. Une pause cosy et chaleureuse 」

「Eine sehr geräumige Unterkunft, sehr gut ausgestattet mit allem was man benötigt. Ein großer Parkplatz ist vorhanden (wichtig, wenn man mit dem Auto in Oban ist, da die Straßen oft sehr eng und Parkplätze Mangelware sind). Und über einen Fußweg ist man in ein paar Minuten im Stadtzentrum mit seinen Restaurants. Trotzdem ist die Unterkunft ruhig gelegen, mit viel Grün herum. Der Gastgeber ist ausnehmend freundlich und hilfsbereit und gibt gerne gute Tipps, was man in der Nähe unternehmen kann....

「Floor in the kitchen had major buckling a trip hazard. They needed to leave a booklet or something with directions with the Wi-Fi passcode and everything felt like we had to text. Wait for answers. We never got the pre-instructions before we got there. That was a hassle. 」

「Iain and his family have a beautiful property just outside of Oban. We enjoyed exploring Oban, but really enjoyed hanging out on the property in the sunshine. The cottage was perfect for our family. 」

「We had a great time in Melfort!. We love it, comfortable, clean, spacious, great option to stay with kids. There is a playground and swimming pool. As reception has specific hours open, they take care to send us a mail explaining how to access to our house if it was close. Beautiful the road to go to Melfort, one of the best ones in Scotland. . 」
