"The bunkbed room was perfect for our family. Each bunk has privacy curtains and a light inside. There was a nice living room space with a sofa. The wash basin is separate from the toilet and shower. The location is so convenient next to the traditional artisan village. I should also mention the breakfast was fantastic. Lots of variety. Evening dining options are limited and while we were there in December they closed at 18:00. We ventured out for dinner. "

Front desk staff refuses to explain any of the activities available for guests when asked, shoved the program sheet at me told me to read myself instead. Restaurant staff would not entertain a special request to order fried rice, told me to order a full child's set menu and plain rice...
