「Our stay at the Hotel Elisa was excellent and I highly recommend it! Klenisa at the front desk was one of the best hotel employees I have ever encountered. She was always very gracious and helpful during our stay Our room was very large and had a great view of the mountains from the 9th floor. I believe there are only 2 rooms on the top floor, so it was perfectly quiet. The complimentary spa facilities were lovely The hotel is conveniently located, it’s a pleasant walk to Skanderbeg Square...

「Simple, price was right. Too many weird classic pictures of women everywhere, but the rest of the stay was excellent. Nice room with balcony, good bed. Great location on the road out of town. Nice hills nearby. 」

「The hotel is great and is one of the best SPA i have ever been. Staff nice and friendly. The only thing we disliked is that we had to pay for parking in the hotel but no one informed as only at check-out. Apart from that, it is a lovely hotel and rooms very nice」

「Het ligt wat verder van het bruisende centrum, maar het is goed te doen qua afstand. Het is heel netjes en vriendelijke personeel. Prijs restaurant is ook schappelijk. Kamer was zeer ruim en ook heel comfortabel. Badkamer heel schoon en voorzien van toilet artikelen. Kortom super!」

「決して大きくないお部屋ですが、バルコニーからはプリズレンの街が見渡せますし、ホテルのレストランは晩御飯も朝御飯も驚くほど美味しく、何日でも滞在したい気持ちになりました。ホスピタリティにも溢れていて、素晴らしいホテルだと思いました。」

「場所　部屋とも最高だった。スタッフとの連絡も問題なし．wifiも高速　キツチンも大きい．ただ少しエアコンが弱い。1番の問題はリフトがない．大きな荷物がある人はおすすめしない。」

「Sehr schöne kleine Boutique mit grossem modernem Zimmer und Balkon. Mein schwerer Koffer wurde hochgetragen vom Personal (kein Lift ). Kleines süsses Frühstücksbuffet. Ich fragte nach einem Milchkaffe mit Sojamilch. Sie hatten die Milch nicht da, aber ein Herr vom Personal ging extra für mich um die Ecke eine kaufen und servierte mir innerhalb vom 10 min ein fantastischen Kaffee mit aufgeschäumter Soja. Sehr sehr aufmerksam. DANKE! 」
