「The hotel was terrible. The pool was broken and it was closed for a while. The elevator to our room on the eighth floor was broken. We had to go up and down the stairs for over a half a day. The rooms did not have any towels and we weren’t able to ask for more than two towels because they didn’t have them. The hotel was rundown and the front desk was overwhelmed by all of the guests so she of course, had an attitude. Our room also did not have any towels when we got there.」

「Overall, I had a great stay and would definitely consider staying here again as I was in town to visit family. The room was very spacious, the bed was large and comfortable, and my husband appreciated the big TV. The shower had great hot water, which was a nice bonus after a long day. The hotel itself is very nice, especially the lobby and bar area. Parking was easy and convenient as we’re able to park right in the front entrance with no issues both nights being there, and the location is...
