「É a minha segunda vez no Monte do Giestal, mas tal como na primeira, uma estadia prolongada de 5 dias. Tudo é bom aqui, desde as amplas e equipadas casas, super confortáveis, ao espaço exterior, sossego, comida entregue a porta de casa pelas sempre atenciosas funcionárias que não deixam que falte nada. Mais, venho com o meu cão, de porte grande, e também ele adora o Monte. Tem bastante espaço para correr livremente e é muito bem recebido. 」

「This property is NOT where it shows on the map, it is 10 minutes down the street and not in the village of Comporta. There is only one AC unit, and the bedrooms get very hot. The house was not clean upon arrival and the cleaning people were still there. The microwave didn't work either. I am still waiting for my refund. The management company is difficult to work with and communicate with. Cute pool though. 」

「A beautiful, unique and rare accommodation. This manor house has been in the same family for several hundred years and this same family still host and staff the house. This home and garden is a real labour of love and history. It is more of a museum than a hotel. The house is graced with beautiful antiques, paintings, plates and murals from centuries gone by.
