「We had a medical emergency where we couldnt make our reservation. We tried calling the hotel 3 times, emailed them twice, and also had our expedia rep contact them. Didnt even try to understand or accommodate and never replied to our one email. We have doctors notes and paperwork yet they refused to rebook or give our money back. Horrible customer service.
