We had gotten a room that was facing the pool area, very nice and quiet. We were then changed to a different room due to a “mistake” that was facing the plaza, meh it was super loud and not calming at all when you want a break from all the buzz. There’s a carafe to heat up water which is always a plus for me so that I don’t have to...
