「very nice ocean view」

「We stayed for 3 nights April 20-23, 2026. Rooms are nice, overlooked the ocean with excellent views. Rooms cleaned each day and staff were all friendly. AC in the rooms and it was hot out. The AC worked well, not excellent, however, worked well enough. I would book this room again. There are four rooms that overlook the ocean while four other rooms that really have no view at all. 」

「This hotel definitely comes with a bit of a workout — there are quite a few stairs to climb to get around the property. That said, it’s one of those rare cases where the effort genuinely pays off. 「Good basic local hotel in a magical location - please know this is a good Mexican hotel, not Canadian or American, so adjust your expectations. Incredible view but you’ll have to work for it, up a series of switchbacks on a very steep and winding cobblestone road. Down is harder to navigate but the heat gets you on the way up if you try to head back for a siesta or a bit of pool time. No food or drink available, which means you’ll have to plan well, as this hill is between you and all food and...

「The room was simple but very clean and comfortable (the AC was much appreciated!). The staff were attentive and friendly. It was very close to the beach and tons of restaurants, which made it very easy to come and go during the day. The hot water seemed limited by the end of the day, so our evening showers were cold most nights. The pool area was lovely with a good amount of shade to cool down during the hot afternoons. It was a very pleasant stay. Not luxury, but it was perfect for us! 😊」
