「Horrible experience 」

「Hôtel géré par un personnel gentil mais qui n'a aucune connaissance de l’hôtellerie et n'a aucun sens de l'accueil des clients. L'hôtel met en avant beaucoup d'engagements écrits, mais ne sait en tenir aucun. L'établissement manque cruellement d'entretien et de maintenance et parait totalement à l’abandon. C'est vraiment très cher pour ce que c'est surtout dans une ville comme Lomé. C'est bien dommage, car il pourrait faire un bel hôtel !!」

「Absolutely LOVED this resort! Wish the pool was open earlier and later (only 10-6), but we loved that there was a shallower kid’s pool as well as the regular swimming pool. The waterslide/playground structure that is advertised in the images wasn’t there, but the pool was still fantastic. We stayed here on two separate occasions during our trip. 「Nice property that is outside the city which is good for safety. not many transportation options. Don't do Uber or pay for anyones Uber, It will be expensive to do. The staff was nice, however most not English speaking. I would stay again. This is a beautiful beach front property.」
