「The hotel was oberbooked and didn’t informed us. Once we show up they try to allocate us in another horrible facilities. We try to get the refund but they didn’t allow it.」

「We stayed here for one night prior to catching the flight out from Bandaranaike Airport the next morning. The hotel is in Negombo which is a very very busy, very touristy area very close to the airport. This hotel is just ever so slightly off the very busy bustling main strip , which makes it a lot quieter than the strip. This is a very new hotel. Condition and maintenance are therefore top notch. Perfectly nice little pool and dining area. The internet/wifi in the rooms works as promised....

Not only were they able to assist in my commute to the airport and back, they were able to help me to items I needed, plan other upcoming trips and even store my luggage until my final stay before returning home. 「I chose this hotel because it is close to the airport and after a long exhausting flight I knew I would want a nice cozy bed. Accosted by taxi drivers AR the airport I knew I wanted a less expensive tuk tuk. One guy told me I have a tuk tuk let's go, well he lied it was a taxi. He told me he would give a food price.
