「I made and paid for my reservation, however while doing so I accidently it tge confirm buttom,I selected the wrong checking date, once I relaxed this happened I automatically reached out to the booking agency Expedia and requested to change the date, they said they would have to reach out to the property and ask if this was possible. After over 6 hours being on hold them contacting property management the check in date was saying it was already in progress and they denied changing the dates or...

「Loved the café and restaurant located in the hotel. It was our first time staying in the area and all of the staff we interacted with were very friendly and gave us good suggestions for things to do in the area.」

「Room was clean, modern looking bathroom, great shower heads. Room had no place to put clothing except a small closet in bathroom. Nightstands had small shelves but we basically had to live out of the suitcase. Beds were comfortable and we slept well」

「Breakfast was outstanding, staffs go above and beyond to help you, the parking lot is easy to get in and out of. The room is clean and the bathroom is roomy. However, the pool was dirty and the room carpet has a lot of stains. The bathroom is roomy and bed and pillows are comfortable. We enjoyed our stay and plan to come back!」
