「Lovely old building, and the staff were exceptional. Very friendly and helpful. Room was clean, but the bathroom needed a bit of an update as it was showing signs of wear. Bed was hard, but this is down to personal preference. Breakfast was really good, a delicious continental style with quality options; I'm so used to hotels cutting corners in this regard so was delighted with the spread available. I didn't try the restaurant but the menu on display looked lovely. Would recommend.」

「The hotel was beautiful and some lovely extras left in the room. My only problem was there was no one on reception when l arrived and no one to confirm where l could park. But otherwise it was superb.」

「Room was comfortable, nice big bed, 2 singles pushed together, great shower and lovely smelling shower gel. The pub had a cozy relaxed feel and the food was good. Tasty breakfast. Would stsy there again. 」
