"The hotel has excellent facilities, in particular with private outdoor hot spring water bath, which is very enjoyable. The staff is very friendly. The breakfast is excellent, but little too expensive. The hotel also has shuttle bus to the train station. Some facilties need proper maintainence, such as basin. Cleaness could be improved. Overall, this is a good hotel."

The balcony onsen was extremely private and comfortable. Would highly recommend that this be your number one choice of hotel if you are in Shimoda."
