「We checked in, walked into our room, and were disappointed. We feel it was not represented accurately in photos online. The room is very small and bare. Cleanliness was fine, the receptionist was kind. But for the nightly price, it just wasn’t worth it to us. We sat down long enough to google other hotels nearby and found one 5 minutes away that was extremely nice for a few more euros per night. We kindly checked out and drove away. 」

「The property was very clean with a friendly environment and exceptional staff. The only difficulty was the parking situation. We also stayed on the first floor next to the reception desk and you could hear people talking and coming and going. I would rate the staff 10+ extremely gracious and helpful.」

The staff were welcoming, the restaurant served delicious food, and the overall atmosphere was peaceful and relaxing. It’s a perfect place for a weekend retreat or an overnight stop while exploring the region.」

「Very aged hotel and smelled of cigarette smoke even though is non-smokers. The room is not well maintained, like the hotel. I would not recommend」

「Stayed in a room with a loft for 3 nights. The hotel provided a menu with different options and it was delivered at the requested time slot. The gourmet breakfast was excellent and better than most buffets at hotels in the area. The room was very clean and equipped with everything you would need. Loved the rain head shower too. 」

「We stayed in late March, and not for ski season, so it was quiet in town and at the hotel - which was great. The hotel is charming and the staff are very nice. The rooms are small but all we needed. Bed was comfortable. The breakfast buffet was a nice touch, and the food was good. I am sure this place is bustling during the peak of ski season, but we enjoyed the quiet calmness.」
