ムクテーシュワルの三つ星ホテル

「Property location is really nice with good views, food was good. Room needs bit of furnishing, as there were no wardrobes.. Slightly over priced compared to the amenities in the room. Hospitality was better when this hotel was called Manu Maharani, this time felt like corporate vibe with less personal touch.. More like money and profits.. Thanks」

「Good hotel well maintenances」

「Great hotel and friendly staff.」

「Clean property but need to take better care of the serving tray inside the room and also the amenities kept in the room. Overall a good property and helpful staff who proactively came to my room when the landline was not working properly…」

「The property was nice and we have enjoyed our stay.」

「It is not an ideal plave for workation as the WiFi is absent. I tried to complain about it too but got no response.」

「The staff is friendly and accommodating. You may feel that the room looks different from the photos on the website. The room can't be described as clean, but it's tolerable. If you think the cheeper is better, I recommend you to choose this hotel.」

「The hotel charges sky high rates… I paid 12K per room night in a place like Nainital… in exchange of terrible food, unresponsive room service. The hotel relies only on it’s heritage status and nothing else. Would never recommend it to anyone.」

「I did not stay because they refused to honor the booking」

「Property location was great but as it is under some renovation , it needs some work to make it perfect .Staff was very good and helpful」

「Great experience, the staff was very polite and professional.」

「Yes」

「We stayed there for 2 nights and the property was pretty and really had great views of the lake. The breakfast lunch dinner was really tasty.」
