"I booked this hotel for my daughter and her friend who wanted to extend their holiday in Zante. The hotel pictures looked suitable - I did not expect a 5 star hotel in a party resort full of young people! The reality of the accommodation did not reflect the pictures advertised by the hotel! The main building is fine but my daughter was stuck in an additional block of the hotel which was adjacent to the laundry room! "After initial problems with my room I was upgraded to a flat and offered a bottle of wine and a cold platter to make up for the inconvenience. I cannot thank Korinna enough as she went above and beyond to make me feel welcomed and at home. I had a wonderful stay and would return willingly. The location is fantastic and near all the amenities while being pleasant and peaceful right by the sea. Thank you for a wonderful holiday! 🙏🙏"
