Overall good experience and would stay again if going through the area. "

But when we went for breakfast, staff argued with us that our reservation didnt include breakfast. "Not well maintained at all"

"Really nice place. Friendly staff! Kumily is great for exploring Periyar. The hotel is 10-15 min walk from the entry point into Periyar national park. Clean and spacious room. No hot water in the shower head. However, there was a tap with hot water in knee-height and a plastic bucket. So it was possible to get a hot shower using that. "

"The staff were great and very helpful. The building is worn but clean and functional. Internet in room spotty at best, water intermittently warm. In sit restaurant good, breakfast OK , no fruit or toaster. Saw bison out my window. "
