「I was very disappointed with Paleo hotel, The shower water in the wet room did not drain away, so was always wet and slippery. The window rattled in the wind. I stayed for 2 nights, paid my bill and left really I should have refused to pay for the 2 nights as I left there very sick probably caused because of the problems with the the drainage. The food was not up to much either I wished I had gone else where 」

「I was very well received an the service was great. Nothing wrong with the food either although the breakfast options were limited. The establishment can do with better road signage and directions. The google maps position was wrong and I struggled to get hold if them by phone to ask for directions. The room and bed was great but it is not soundproof. Fortunately there was only one other person at the same time as me but I could clearly hear whe he/she arrived or left. That is my only negative....

「The discount via Expedia and the entire payment was not accepted (not working, bla). I had to pay again. The rooms were not ready and the check-in delayed. The staff was slow and not helpful. It is NOT worth the money. We could not even leave the premises, as the guard was not willing to open the gate. They suspected us to have not payed! Stay away and go somewhere else.」

「The worst host have ever met.At first was treated as an intruder,no clear direction to this place,no contact person from the property,got lost.Generally terrible.」

「So nice to see toilet lid on the ground behind the toilet, the toilet that did not flush was wonderful, broken tiles on outside of tub were a great part of bathroom, tub from Aincent rome, light imfixture in room was nice but a bulb in it would have been nicer, broken tv,no remote wonderful . Restaurant just as nice,very dark...which was good so you did not see how old run down and dirty it was. The mutton i ordered was just empty ones and scraps of meat. Funny part it only took 45 minutes...

「Shower rooms are filthy. There was no toilet seat in my room and floor was dirty. Bed and room decor were good. Staff is low caliber and need training. Managers were not available to respond to my concerns. 」

「Very lovely spot to recharge and relax. Staff was almost universally friendly and helpful. The resort is built on the side of the hill so there is a lot of walking up and down hills to get to the various parts if the resort 」
