"Absolutely loved our time at Basecamp. The location is perfect, at the edge of the Masai Mara, we heard the lions at night, while sleeping. "Nice tented camp, the tents are new and covered on a platform. You look right onto the Talek River. At night zebra, hippos other wildlife come to drink. You are next to the park gate, it is a busy gate complete with the busy balloon guys. But you are right in the park no long drive, you just start your Safari right after your breakfast. "

They have so many add on features including a champagne breakfast within Maasai Mara National Park…They also have photography options to capture your moments. Very accommodating and friendly staff. The bathrooms and kitchens can use some revamping but David is constantly making improvements to the space. Looking forward to staying here again. "
