ライブリーの三つ星ホテル

「施設は古いですが、Renovateされていて快適に過ごすことができました」

「the best thing about the property is the location...Otherwise way too expensive, room was freezing cold, and the hotel is starting to go down hill overall- front area/desk, carpets, not very clean...will soon need some updating. seriously this is not worth the $300 I paid.」

「I was in the city to accompany a seriously ill family member. You did not offer the medical discount available for family members; the hotel doesn’t offer one on its website. The hot water ran out half way through my shower at 5 a.m. and the security lock got stuck in the closed position and I had to jiggle and push the door to get that bottom lovk unstuck. I mentioned all this to the clerk when I checked out and she said there was nothing she could do. I wouldn’t recommend this hotel.」

「Staff were pleasant, rooms were clean and fresh. Breakfast was goo. Would stay again」

「They should offer breakfast and have a hot tub or sauna for that price, very expensive for a night. But very clean.」

「Room was clean, location good, liked having a kitchenette. Good for business travel」

「Clean room, good breakfast selections. I was disappointed because I booked online and was quoted a rate, but was charged more. When I asked they tried to explain fluctuations of rates vs availability - I know - that is why I booked in advance. I was part of the "occupancy" calculation!!!!! This is the first time this has happened to me and I've been traveling for 40 + years. I won't stay here again.」
