"Have stayed here before in the budget area and the upgraded room is much better. Very comfortable and the burger bar is delicious."

"The best part of this hotel was the staff, they were amazing!! At all hours of the day or night they were friendly and helpful. We had an issue with our reservation, it did not appear in their system, but they made it work. We also took advantage of the laundry service, they were able to wash some of our clothes, it was not as expensive as other hotels. Though it is not in the city center, there is a tram station nearby and the tram took us right where we needed to go. Also, there is a 24-hour McDonalds next door which we appreciated. We had the breakfast option at the hotel, their hall is nicely decorated and comfy, a great variety, the best one out of all the hotels we had in this tip. A great stay all in all"

"The staff we dealt with were friendly and efficient. While the bed was comfortable, I would describe the furnishings The bar only served wine, beer and soda. There were no washcloths in the bathroom. The hotel did not have an ice machine. We did not get clean coffee cups after our first day of a three day stay. Our room was not serviced on the third day. There was no way to control the temperature. This is not an old hotel so these lacking amenities were disappointing."
