"A terrible hotel, there was no hot water and no towel provided until I asked but they gave me a damp, dirty one. The staff didn't have my reservation at first so it took half an hour to pull up the booking and check in. Finally, they insisted that I pay for them to provide security stating that it is required for Chinese citizens even though I'm an American. "No elevator in the hotel be aware of going up and down the stairs its a-lot i was in my last trimester and it was a mission going up to 3rd floor. No hot water at all and the water stopped completely the next morning. Breakfast was served in room but bread was old and hard to bite. "
