「Location was convenient and quiet. The property was clean and well maintained! Servicing in room dining services needs significant improvements. I ordered food for in room dining a few times but needed to remind them at least one or two times after the order to get the food. So bad!」

「チェックインからチェックアウトまでスタッフの方々は丁寧にかつ親密に接してくれました。 部屋は特別きれいというわけではないけれど普通に過ごすには全く問題ないくらい快適です。それ以上に朝食やバーは快適で良いものでした。 またトリンコマリーまでの送迎という特別なリクエストにも完璧に応えていただき、とても感謝しています。しっかりと送り届けてもらいました。 1点だけ懸念を挙げるとすると水回りです。私が宿泊した部屋だけかもしれませんが、シャワーが冷水しか出なく、勢いも弱いままでした。 スタッフの質に設備が若干追いついていない印象です。」

「A few km outside Jaffna. Friendly informative owner who we had informative conversations. The hotel offered Sri Lankan menu - which we didn’t use as we were out and about in Jaffna. A variety of people staying at hotel , both srilankans and Europeans. Rooms were spacious . Bathroom could have been better maintained , we were happy overall. Would recommend if you are looking for a convenient interesting place to stay. Thank you for an enjoyable stay. 」
