「Castillo hotel is a beautiful setting with lots of nature surrounding you from ocean views to mountain views. The rooms are comfortable and well done in a Spanish style. Our dinner there was delicious.」

The manager was extremely helpful and spent time explaining about the surrounding area and animal life. We felt as if we were staying with family! Meals were beautifully prepared, offering a sampling of the local food. The location was great too, allowing for quiet relaxation, yet still convenient for activities.」

We loved that the bedrooms were closed off and did have air conditioning, but that the rest of the unit was completely open The house cleaning staff did an excellent job of cleaning every morning I had laundry done, and it was very reasonably priced and done very well The unit is within walking distance to almost everything but best of all the beach is right there!」

「We had an amazing stay in our little jungle villa. The staff are so wonderful. The food was amazing. We were able to see macaws and monkeys while swimming in the pool. We booked a table on the first evening and it wasn't ready when we arrived, with the staff seeming stressed at our arrival.
