「The night staff were ever so friendly. Only downfall is that the air conditioning in the room was not working, the window barely opened for air and we had to ask for a fan. We were kindly given a fan at reception, however the desk fan was so loud and hardly worked. Unfortunately our nights stay was so uncomfortable due to the heat, we did mention this on check out, but the morning staff appeared to be quite busy and shrugged it off. The woman behind the desk was trying to put the blame on us...

「Bit out of town but bus stops outside hotel into Derry. Lovely walk on the beach over the road from the hotel.」

「Very clean room, modern, comfy beds and lovely fluffy towels. Only downside is the noise outside which really has nothing to do with the rooms, but apart from that it was lovely. Added bonus to be able to use the ballyliffin leisure facilities. Great wee find」
