「The Avenue Inn and Spa offers all the amenities that your family will need at a beach location. The hotel is also walking distance to the boardwalk and beach. There are plenty of restaurants and shops within several walking steps away. This is the second time our family stay here and we're looking forward to using this hotel for our next Rehoboth Beach visit.」

「Stayed a few nights with the family for easy access to the beach and boardwalk activities. The room was clean and with plenty of counter space. Kitchen had everything needed for a comfortable stay. Breakfast offered many options. Friendly and helpful staff. The only negative is that the pool can be cleaner. Would stay again in the future. 」

「Front desk staff exceptionally kind, attentive, and happy! It was a joy to stay at the Admiral for my first visit to Rehoboth Beach. My experience was overall elevated because of the front desk staff who treated everyone like family and genuinely cared for us with respect. The location to beach and main shopping area is premium and parking is included in stay. Staff was very helpful with street parking which is not clearly defined as metered.
